The notes from this research and practice became Mettadology, a quarterly publication dedicated to readers building consciously (internally and externally) with technology.
Each publication has been crafted with care, as a slow synthesis of what is emerging at the intersection of AI/ML product management, philosophy, creative technology, and contemplative practice.

Mettadology is created by Sarah Khalid, a Senior AI/ML Product Manager building machine learning systems in healthcare technology. The journal emerges from the intersection of technical practice and contemplative inquiry.
Mettadology began as a personal practice, years of collecting links, noting patterns, and tracing connections between technical work and inner development. The Founding Collection represents this initial exploration. As a quarterly publication, Mettadology synthesizes what's emerging at the intersection of conscious technology and creative practice.
