For the past few years I've been deeply researching and practicing in two areas: the technical work of building AI systems, and the inner self-inquiry work of observation through meditation.
The notes from this research and practice became Mettadology, a slow synthesis of links, sources, and fragments gathered for readers building consciously (internally and externally) with technology. Each volume explores what is emerging at the intersection of AI/ML product management, philosophy, creative technology, and contemplative practice.

Mettadology is created by Sarah Khalid, a Senior AI/ML Product Manager building machine learning systems in healthcare technology. Mettadology began as a personal practice of collecting links, noting nuanced patterns, and tracing connections between technical work and inner development.
